Commercial retrofit requirements updated
The Commercial Custom Retrofit Program no longer shows the requirement to submit a completed 2026 Commercial Custom application form with proof of purchase matched to the installation address. It also no longer shows the January 1 to October 31, 2026 offer window or the separate October 31 deadline for commissioned commercial-controls projects. The Industrial Custom Program now says the manufacturing incentive applies thereafter, instead of repeating the earlier limit.

Selection criteria
- Programs are evaluated based on annual natural gas savings achieved by participating customers.
- High-volume projects with more than 10 units are reviewed on a per-project basis for incentive approval.
How to apply
- Contact an Energy Solutions Advisor to get started.
- Work with your ESA to determine whether your building is eligible for the ERV/HRV prescriptive incentives offer.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, make arrangements to purchase and install your equipment.
- Complete the Prescriptive Incentive Application Form.
- Submit the completed application form with proof of purchase and installation.
Processing and Agreement
- Enbridge Gas reserves the right to independently verify application information and confirm installation.
- Additional terms and conditions apply as set out on the Enbridge Gas website and are valid for the calendar year in which an application for incentive is submitted.
