Eligibility
- The applicant or group of applicants must be under 40 years old (39 years or younger) as of June 1, 2025.
- The applicant must be the majority owner of a business (at least 51% ownership) for 3 to 10 years.
- The applicant must operate an agricultural enterprise registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ).
- The business must have generated at least $50,000 in gross revenue in the year preceding the application.
