How to apply
- Step 1: Create your FAS profile and organization account
- Set up an individual profile in the Funding Application System.
- Create or access your organization account and assign user roles.
- Step 2: Complete the application form
- Enter project, applicant, budget, and supporting information in FAS.
- Upload required supporting documents and evidence.
- Step 3: Review and validate
- Check all sections for accuracy and completeness.
- Use the save function before submitting.
- Step 4: Submit online in FAS
- Have an authorized user submit the application through the portal.
- Submit before the portal closes.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are received through the Funding Application System and acknowledged by email.
- Health Canada screens and assesses applications against urgency, eligibility, and project capacity criteria.
- Applicants are notified in writing of the final funding decision.
- Successful applicants must sign a formal funding agreement before funds are administered.
- Funded projects may be audited and reporting requirements apply.
