Join a 4-month accelerator program and get access to expert advice, mentorship and leadership coaching to scale your business rapidly.

Activities funded

The ELLA Altitude program offers activities tailored to support women entrepreneurs in rapidly scaling their businesses. It provides mentorship, strategy development, and leadership coaching distinctly designed to foster business growth.
  • Mentorship pairing to define business goals and provide guidance to achieve them.
  • Strategic planning with a fractional executive in key areas such as marketing, operations, or finance.
  • Access to leadership coaching to enhance leadership abilities and personal development.
  • Participation in an inclusive community of diverse women entrepreneurs for networking and support.
  • Growth strategy development facilitated by dedicated mentors for reaching new customers and markets.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the ELLA Altitude program, applicants must meet certain criteria:
  • You are a woman entrepreneur with at least 50% ownership of a registered business, non-profit or social enterprise, and you are working full-time on your venture
  • Your business earns at least $200,000 in revenues annually*
  • You have significant traction in your industry and are ready to scale your business to new heights
  • Your business is located in Canada
  • You are open to change, looking to step out of your comfort zone
