Eligibility

Applicant must be a not-for-profit or charitable organization.
The proposal must promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through community messaging.
The organization’s focus must relate to equity, inclusion, and representation (e.g., ethnocultural communities; First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples; 2SLGBTQ+; women’s equality; people with disabilities; or similar groups).
The applicant must be able to participate in a short virtual interview if short-listed.

How to apply

Step 1: Prepare proposal document

Draft a document outlining your proposal for the media grant.

Step 2: Submit written application

Submit the written application to PATTISON Outdoor for consideration.

Step 3: Participate in interview (if short-listed)

Attend a short virtual interview/presentation to introduce your organization to the committee.
Present within the available timeframe offered to retain eligibility for selection.

Processing and Agreement

Applications are short-listed for a required virtual interview/presentation.
Follow-up interviews are conducted in April.
Final selection decisions are made by the end of April.
Short-listed applicants who cannot present in a timely manner forfeit their opportunity for selection.

Additional information

PATTISON Outdoor does not currently have media in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.
Messaging from the territories may be considered if placed in another part of Canada.
Follow-up interviews are conducted in April, with final selection by the end of April.
