Processing and Agreement

  • Concept notes are first screened for eligibility.
  • Eligible concept notes are assessed on merit and project experience.
  • Only a limited number of applicants are invited to submit a full proposal.
  • Invitation to the full proposal stage is not a guarantee of funding.
  • A final funding decision is made after review of the full application package.

  • Only one concept note may be submitted per legal entity as signatory.
  • Invited applicants will have approximately 8 weeks to submit a full proposal.
  • No additional funding will be provided to establish the community of practice.
  • Canadian public engagement activities must target audiences based in Canada.
