- Eligible concept notes are assessed on merit and project experience.
- Only a limited number of applicants are invited to submit a full proposal.

- A final funding decision is made after review of the full application package.

- Only one concept note may be submitted per legal entity as signatory.
- Invited applicants will have approximately 8 weeks to submit a full proposal.
- No additional funding will be provided to establish the community of practice.
- Canadian public engagement activities must target audiences based in Canada.
