- Vehicle-only education projects without charging education.
- Expenses incurred before the contribution agreement is signed are not eligible for reimbursement.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed for completeness before assessment.

- A draft contribution agreement is then sent for review before funding is finalized.
- Payment claims are reviewed before payment is issued.
