Eligible expenses

  • Staffing costs, honorariums, materials and supplies.
  • Food, printing, communications, training, travel within Edmonton, and evaluation.
  • Administrative costs and fees up to 10% of total project costs.
  • Longer-term lease payments, for the Space Subsidy stream only.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Fundraising costs and application preparation time.
  • Capital upgrades, renovations, and construction.
  • Debt reduction, loan interest, and financing charges.
  • Direct government lobbying or partisan political activities.
  • Festivals and stand-alone events.

  • Applications are reviewed after submission for eligibility and program fit.
