- Applicant is a registered non-profit organization.
- Applicant has received programming or operating funding from the Edmonton Arts Council within the past 12 months.
- The organization has an up-to-date profile in the Edmonton Arts Council’s SmartSimple portal.
- The applicant is not in arrears with the City of Edmonton.
- The project has a defined start and end date and describes anticipated organizational change, sustainability, and measures of effectiveness.
