Overview

Up to $5,000 supports charities and not-for-profits using hospitality or food service to help disadvantaged communities. Eligible activities include acquiring Certified Used commercial kitchen equipment and covering limited related costs such as freight, installation, and raw materials.

Activities funded

  • The applicant must be a registered charity or not-for-profit organization.
  • The organization must use hospitality or food service to support disadvantaged communities.

Eligible expenses

  • Certified Used commercial kitchen equipment purchased via credit on EconoLease’s website
  • Freight costs (cash portion)
  • Installation costs (cash portion)
  • Raw materials such as coffee beans (cash portion)
