- Applicants who have not completed the reporting for a previous supported project.
Eligible expenses
- Feasibility studies, applied research and development, and test benches.
- Equipment, materials, and technology purchases.
- External professional fees, consultants and experts, project management salary, and tool development.
- Expenses related to applied and concrete scientific research in enterprise.
- Advertising and marketing costs for awareness and/or education projects, as well as travel and stay expenses.

Selection criteria
- Applications are evaluated using a multicriteria grid.
- The grid analyzes project coherence and relevance, implementation capacity, financial framework, and expected outcomes and benefits.
- Selection and approval committees evaluate the projects.
- Priority is given to new organizations submitting a project to the fund.
How to apply
- Read the applicant guide.
- Complete the project description and project budget documents.
- Complete the online form during the call-for-project period.
Processing and Agreement
- A response is provided within 6 weeks after the call for projects closes.
- If the project is accepted, financial aid is paid in 3 bank installments: 50% after the funding agreement is signed, 30% at mid-project after the progress meeting, and 20% after the final project completion report.
- These installments are conditional on accountability by the supported organizations.
- The supported project must be completed within 12 months after the funding agreement is signed and the first payment is made.
- An extension request must be submitted to the Fonds Écopropulsion and approved by the coordination team to obtain additional time.
