Eligibility
- The applicant organization must be located in Montreal or Toronto.
- The applicant must provide frontline services to individuals with serious and persistent mental health problems (e.g., drop-in centres, residential facilities, reinsertion programs, family support services, or pilot projects).
- The organization must have a Revenue Canada BN/charitable registration number.

Selection criteria
- Submission of a letter of intent detailing the organization's history and project description.
- Presentation of the three most recent annual reports and financial statements of the organization.
- Provision of a detailed project budget and a list of confirmed and potential financial contributors, with respective amounts.
- Transmission of the complete contact information of the person responsible for the project, including name and phone number.
- Compliance with the requirement that funds are not used for political purposes.
