How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare Letter of Inquiry
    • Draft a formal letter of inquiry addressed to Echo Foundation.
    • Include a history of your charitable organization.
    • Provide your Revenue Canada BN/charitable registration number.
    • State the organization’s complete mailing address.
    • Add the name and direct telephone number of the person in charge of the project.
  • Step 2: Gather Supporting Documents
    • Attach the three latest Annual Reports and financial statements of your organization.
    • Prepare a brief description of the proposed project.
    • Include a detailed project budget indicating the amount of funding sought.
    • List both confirmed and potential funders for the project, specifying their contributions.
    • Add a list of similar projects if applicable.
