How to apply

  • Step 1: Create a Jura account
    • Set up a Jura profile for the Project Lead.
    • Complete the EDIA self-declaration.
  • Step 2: Prepare the EOI application
    • Complete the required sections in Jura.
    • Upload the Project Lead CV and any optional supporting documents.
    • Ensure the host organization information is correct.
  • Step 3: Submit the EOI through Jura
    • Submit the application before the deadline.
    • For post-secondary institutions and health authorities, secure host organization sign-off before submission.
  • Step 4: Proceed if shortlisted
    • If invited, prepare and submit the Full Proposal.
    • Participate in the pitch presentation.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are screened for eligibility first.
  • Shortlisted projects move through full proposal, pitch, internal review, and scientific merit review.
  • Final funding decisions are based on the full assessment process.
