Documents Needed
- A copy of each fixed-price contract quote entered into prior to September 6, 2016
- An invoice for each drywall purchase made between September 6, 2016 and February 24, 2017
- Proof of payment for each drywall purchase, such as a cancelled cheque, purchase order, or bank statement
- A copy of your business license if you do not provide a CRA Business Number (BN)
