- Companies or organizations whose account is under rate DM, DP, G, H, M, G9 or LG and that can reduce their power demand in winter at Hydro-Québec's request.
- Companies whose account is under rate L, when the power demand during the 12 consumption periods preceding the registration date is below 50 000 kW.
Additional information
- Annual agreement, renewable each year.
- Participation choice of 20 to 100 hours per winter, that is, from 5 to 25 events.
- Weekend participation is optional, subject to a maximum of 100 hours.
- Maximum of two peak events per day.
