Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Municipal Community Improvement Committee
- Incomplete applications may be flagged for correction

- Approved applicants must sign an agreement with the Municipality

- Applications are accepted in two intake periods each year.
- The grant is awarded on a one-time basis per property.
- Projects must begin within 6 months and finish within 12 months of approval.
