- A signed resolution of the board of directors authorizing the application and appointing a representative, if applicable.
- The attached table, duly completed, showing the project's planned expenses and funding proof.
- A project plan for a new business, or financial statements and financial forecasts for an existing business.
- A quote or service offer document, funding commitments from private partners if applicable, as well as a copy of the lease or draft lease, the owner's written authorization, a copy of the business permit or the application number, and a signed document declaring that the expenses have not been the subject of another grant, as applicable.

- The downtown core of Gatineau, according to the territory delimited in the appendix 1 of Bylaw No. 973-2025.
Selection criteria
- Economic impact and response to community needs: 30 points.
- Economic benefits: 30 points.
- Innovative character and environmental impact: 20 points.
- Experience and qualifications of the applicant: 20 points.
- A minimum score of 70 points out of 100 is required, and only projects obtaining the best results in the evaluation can be funded.

Processing and Agreement
- The City verifies the project's eligibility as well as the submitted documents and may request additional information.
- Eligible projects are reviewed by a selection committee made up of representatives of the City and local organizations.
- The City contacts the leaders of the selected projects in order to finalize their file and prepare the necessary documents.
- At the end of the project, the final invoices must be submitted and an inspection may be carried out when necessary.
