• Itemized project budget or uploaded budget file
• IRS tax documentation letter or W9 for U.S.-registered nonprofits, or charitable status documentation for organizations registered outside the United States
• Donation transfer form
• Final expense report

Who is eligible?

• doTERRA members
• Members with doTERRA rank of Elite or higher
• Members working with a registered nonprofit or NGO

Who is not eligible

• Individuals seeking payment to a personal bank account

• Go to the Match Program landing page on www.doterrahealinghands.org.
• Select Begin Project Application and log in using your doTERRA ID and password.
• Select My Match Projects, then Start a new project.
• Provide the project name, project country, short description, itemized budget or uploaded budget, project completion date, sponsor, and charity information.
• Review the proposal and click Submit.

• Match Program applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis, and funding decisions are communicated in the weeks following the review period.
• After approval, the member creates a fundraising page for the matching campaign and submits it for dHHF review.
• When fundraising ends, the member downloads, completes, and re-uploads the donation transfer form for review.
• Once the form is correct, the dHHF submits the payment to the organization via the finance team and verifies receipt.
• After the service project ends, the member submits the final expense report, project summary, and project page for approval before the project is marked complete.
