• The recipient must be a qualified member of the Canadian healthcare community.
• The request must support an educational, scientific, or other charitable purpose.
• The purpose must align with science, technology, medicine, healthcare, or education, or with public education on disease states, medical conditions, science, or technology.
• The purpose must be consistent with Amgen’s scientific and disease interests.

• Qualified members of the Canadian healthcare community

Eligible geographic areas

• Canada

• Applications should be submitted at least 90 days before the required donation date.
• Requests submitted less than 90 days before the required date may be reviewed at Amgen Canada’s discretion.
• A funding decision may not be made in time when requests are submitted less than 90 days prior.
