Processing and Agreement
- Warehouse donation requests are reviewed by the local Costco warehouse (process varies by location).
- Electronic grant applications are reviewed within 6–10 weeks.
- Only selected organizations are contacted by Costco.
- If selected, a cheque and letter are sent within 8–10 weeks from submission.

- Costco accepts and reviews requests on a rolling basis throughout the year.
- Organizations may submit one request per fiscal year (September to August).
