Who is eligible?

  • Doctoral students in health-related fields
  • Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons, and eligible international applicants

Who is not eligible

  • Applicants not enrolled in an eligible doctoral program at the required time
  • Applicants seeking support for projects outside the priority research areas

  • Applications are assigned to Canada Graduate Research Scholarship - Doctoral : A (DT1) or Canada Graduate Research Scholarship - Doctoral : B (DT2) based on the scientific area of the proposed research activities

How to apply
