Eligible expenses

  • Direct project labour
  • Design, architectural, and engineering fees related to the façade
  • Contractor fees, tools and equipment rental, and project materials
  • Shipping, freight, and PST

  • Staff wages and benefits
  • Purchase of construction tools or equipment
  • Operational costs such as utilities, duties, permit fees, and GST
  • Work started before application approval
  • Improvements not visible from the public right of way
