Who is eligible?

  • Autistic individuals seeking post-secondary training or education
  • Residents of Alberta

Who is not eligible

  • Current directors, officers, employees, volunteers, or student interns of Sinneave
  • Immediate family members of current Sinneave directors, officers, employees, volunteers, or student interns
  • Previous recipients of the Directors Scholarship

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed and scored by Sinneave’s Scholarship Committee.
  • The committee recommends applicants for approval by the President of Sinneave.
  • Successful applicants are notified by email.
  • Incomplete applications are not considered.

  • The scholarship is taxable income.
  • Recipients must provide a Social Insurance Number for the T4A.
  • Proof of enrollment is required before payment.
