Eligibility
- The proposal must be led by a transdisciplinary team of four core members who actively collaborate on the project.
- The project must be an actionable, community-based initiative that contributes to the nutritional health of adult populations.
- At least one team member must be a faculty member from a U.S. or Canadian institution of higher education.
- The project must include plans to design, implement, and evaluate the initiative.

Additional information
- Selected teams must participate in a five-day in-person program in Boulder, Colorado, June 22–25, 2025.
- Teams may use this funding to supplement other sources, but must develop new aims for this initiative.
- Projects are expected to support publication and communication of their impact.
