Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Development expenses incurred more than 12 months before the applicant concluded an eligible development agreement with the broadcaster are not eligible, except for options or acquisitions of rights and related costs for those rights, if they are not paid to a person holding rights of ownership in the production.

- Eligible projects may be funded proportionally if applications are oversubscribed
- Approved applicants sign a financing agreement before funding is finalized
