Eligible expenses

  • Materials, personnel, equipment, rent, and utilities.
  • Evaluation, dissemination, travel, and accommodation.
  • Other costs directly related to the approved project.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Membership fees and unidentified miscellaneous costs.
  • Ongoing operating costs, overhead, and administrative fees.
  • Capital purchases such as land, buildings, or vehicles.
  • Standalone activities not tied to delivery, evaluation, or dissemination, including symposia, workshops, conferences, audiovisual production, and website or app development and maintenance.
  • Travel or hospitality above National Joint Council rates.

Selection criteria

  • Experience or expertise in dementia and dementia-related research.
  • Experience supporting diverse communities of practice.
  • Experience in community-based intervention research.
  • Experience in knowledge translation and dissemination.
  • Capacity to engage people living with dementia and/or caregivers in the project.

    • Complete the ISFR and budget in Microsoft Word.
    • Include only the appendices requested in the call for proposals.

    • Include your email address in the application.
    • Submit before the deadline.
  • Step 4: Await acknowledgement and decision
    • Applications were acknowledged by email.
    • Successful applicants were notified by email.
