- Translation costs, publication costs, and administrative or support salaries with benefits
- Promotional materials and license-related costs

- Utilities, depreciation, rent, office overhead and institutional overhead

- Alcohol purchases and costs outside the proposal scope

- Approved recipients must acknowledge MINDS support in public materials and may need to provide a final report.
