  • Translation costs, publication costs, and administrative or support salaries with benefits
  • Promotional materials and license-related costs

  • Insurance and interest charges
  • Professional services, including audits
  • Utilities, depreciation, rent, office overhead and institutional overhead
  • Capital assets, honoraria, prizes and awards
  • Alcohol purchases and costs outside the proposal scope
