How to apply
- Step 1: Create or update your Nova account
- Register a personal account in Nova.
- Activate your profile and confirm the required account details.
- Step 2: Set up the organization profile and affiliation
- Create or update the organization or group profile in Nova.
- Request and confirm the affiliation between the curator and the organization.
- Step 3: Complete the application
- Select the program in Nova and fill in the application form.
- Upload artistic examples and required support documents.
- Complete the project details, budget, and co-applicant information.
- Step 4: Submit in Nova
- Review the application and validate all required fields.
- Submit the application before the deadline.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through a peer assessment process.
- Applicants receive an email when results are available in Nova.
- Approved applicants must acknowledge the notification letter in Nova before payment is issued.
- Payment can be held if final report obligations from a previous grant are unresolved.
- Recipients must submit a final report in Nova after the project is completed.
Additional information
- The application form is available in Nova about two months before the deadline.
- Applicants will be notified about four and a half months after the deadline.
- This is a shared application between the curator and the organization.
- If awarded, the lead applicant receives the grant cheque and completes the final report.
