- Applicants with demonstrated experience delivering arts and cultural initiatives with residents, artists and organizations in the Kingston-Galloway/Orton Park community.
- Indigenous applicants, including Status and Non-Status First Nations, Inuit and Métis.

Selection criteria
- Applications are reviewed based on program objectives, community engagement and impact, artistic merit and feasibility.

- Projects may receive priority consideration if they create lasting community impact through partnerships and capacity-building.

- Step 2: Request an alternate format if needed
- Ask the Cultural Hotspot team about available alternate application formats.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the completed application using the process provided by the program.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications will be reviewed by a local Peer Advisory Panel and City of Toronto staff from the Cultural Hotspot program.
- Publicly available information may be considered, and shortlisted applicants may be asked to provide additional documentation.
- Successful applicants will be invited to enter into a formal agreement with the City of Toronto.
