Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Fundraising costs and fundraising websites.
  • Capital upgrades, renovations, and construction.
  • Debt reduction, interest, and loan financing charges.
  • Regular operating costs, including existing staff salaries and wages.
  • Food, beverage, parking, gifts, gift cards, prizes, and ceremonial event costs.
