How to apply
- Fill out the registration form that will soon be available on the MRC de Bécancour website.
- Send the application to the cultural development officer no later than midnight on each deadline date, by email, by mail or by direct delivery.
- For direct delivery, come during opening hours.
Processing and Agreement
- Funding is paid in two installments, namely 70 % after the signing of the letter of commitment and 30 % following the analysis of the final report.
- The applicant must submit, within a maximum of 60 days following the end of the project, a report on the results, a detailed financial report, supporting documents and proof of compliance with the visibility rules.
- Failing to respect this commitment, the applicant may not submit a new project before 2 years.
- Any modification to the project must be validated with the cultural development advisor of the MRC de Bécancour.
Additional information
- The applicant must clearly indicate the contribution of public funds granted by the MRC and the MCC in the content disseminated, use the logos of the MRC de Bécancour and the Government of Quebec, and mention the Cultural Development Agreement in the main promotional documents; if the logo is not possible, they must at minimum mention the participation of the MRC and the MCC.
