Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by City staff for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
- The Finance team reviews supporting documents for financial viability
- Applications are assessed by the Peer Assessment Committee and then reviewed by Council for approval
- Applicants receive written notification of the funding recommendation and final decision
- A signed funding agreement is required, and reporting obligations continue after approval
