Eligible expenses

  • Fixed operating costs such as rent, mortgage, utilities, telephone, property taxes, and building insurance
  • Fixed staff operating costs for baseline day-to-day staffing

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Staff costs already funded by other grants, sponsorships, or employment programs
  • Temporary project-specific staff
  • Capital costs, facility upgrades, maintenance, and debt reduction

How to apply

  • Step 1: Review the guidelines
