Who is eligible?
- Local municipalities
- MRCs
- Municipalities exercising certain MRC powers, except Québec and Montréal
- Administration régionale Baie-James and organizations delegated under article 126.4 of the Loi sur les compétences municipales
- Regional intermunicipal boards in the cultural or related sector approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs
Who is not eligible
- Municipal organizations acting only as agents or mandataries
- Organizations linked to municipalities with majority elected boards
- Entities listed in the public contracts non-eligibility register
- Municipalities of Montréal and Québec
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees, contracts, studies, diagnostics, consultations, training, writing, translation, graphic work, printing, promotion, and communications
- Client materials, venue rental, non-integrated equipment, artist fees, and travel in Quebec
- Non-reimbursed taxes
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Operating costs, recurring projects, and projects already completed
- Infrastructure, immobilization, restoration, and land or property purchases
- Books, magazines, prizes, grants, festivals, fundraising, and profit-making activities
- Alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, gifts, legal fees, and equipment maintenance or warranty costs
- Costs already funded by the Government of Quebec for the same project

How to apply
- For Volet 1, submit the aid application through the form available in di@pason during the call for proposals dates set by the Ministry.
- For Volet 2, send the partnership proposal in writing to the Ministry regional directorate serving your territory.
Processing and Agreement
- The di@pason application is automatically sent to the Ministry regional directorate responsible for processing it.
- To be submitted for evaluation, the request must be complete, understandable and based on exact data.
- If the request has gaps, the applicant must correct them within the time granted by the Ministry.
