- Costs already covered by another grant program.
- Applications from organizations that do not meet the general eligibility requirements.
- Applications from artists seeking an individual internship or artists’ collectives hiring an intern.
- Organizations working exclusively in variety arts or comedy.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first checked for eligibility.
- The Indigenous Arts Committee reviews applications and makes recommendations.
- The Committee proposes grant allocations to the Board of Directors.
- The Board of Directors makes the final decision.
- Applicants are notified by email through ORORA, and decisions cannot be communicated by phone.
Additional information
- The organization can submit only one application per year.
- Applications may be submitted in English, but the form questions are in French only.
- A video application is allowed if the ORORA questions are answered and the video stays within five minutes.
- Selected organizations must use ORORA for reporting and project follow-up.
