This program provides up to $20,000 to host organizations to support a paid, mentored internship. It helps arts and culture organizations expand artistic activities while providing work experience for emerging Indigenous artists and cultural workers.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be an arts and culture organization seeking to host a mentored intern.
- The organization must be headquartered on the Island of Montréal.
- The proposed internship must provide work experience for emerging Indigenous artists and cultural workers.

Selection criteria
How to apply
Step 1: Choose submission format
- Decide whether to apply in written form or video format.
- Answer the application questions on ORORA.
- Record a video answering the ORORA questions.
- Ensure the video is no longer than five minutes.
- Submit the completed application through ORORA by the program deadline.
Processing and Agreement
- The Conseil processes applications after the deadline.
- The Board of Directors makes the final decision.
- Applicants can expect a decision within six to eight weeks from the deadline.

- The internship lasts approximately six months and can be spread over a year for flexibility.
- The program is designed to provide professional guidance through an Indigenous or racialized mentor.
- Applications may be submitted in video format, with responses provided through ORORA.
