- Individual pasture patrons.
- Applicants seeking support under the Invasive Plant Control Program administered by SARM.
Eligible expenses
- Eligible herbicides listed in Appendix A.
- Third-party weed management costs, including spray equipment rental, chemicals, and licensed applicator fees.
- One-time purchase of small applicator equipment.
- Labour for board members, patrons, and employees controlling eligible weeds, as in-kind contribution.
- Pesticide applicator course fees and weed management plan development by a PAg.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Purchases made before April 1, 2023.
- Non-registered pesticides or pesticides applied outside the label rate.
- Large sprayer equipment.
- Pesticide licence fees and mileage or per diem for the applicator course.
- Claims for work done by an unlicensed applicator or costs already covered by other government support.
