How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the application
- Fill out the grant application form.
- Prepare a cover letter explaining the application.
- Complete the Partnership Charity Form if applying with a partner charity.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Send the completed application by email to grants@crestonvalleycf.ca.
- Or mail it to Creston Valley Community Foundation, PO Box 701, Creston, BC V0B 1G0.
- Make sure the application is received by February 28, 2026.
- Step 3: Complete post-project reports
- Submit the Grant Final Report when the project is complete.
- Submit the Grant Financial Report after project completion.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are submitted by email or mail.
- The granting committee reviews eligible applications based on donor-set fund parameters.
- Award decisions are made in early April 2026.
- After project completion, a final report and financial report must be completed for the Foundation’s records.
