  • Organizations seeking support for deficits, debts, endowments, or operating expenses
  • Groups applying for sectarian, religious, political, or fundraising purposes

  • Project costs for definite-purpose, time-limited initiatives
  • Start-up costs for recognized-need projects

How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application
    • Fill out the grant application form.
    • Prepare a cover letter explaining the application.
    • Complete the Partnership Charity Form if applying with a partner charity.
  • Step 2: Submit the application
    • Send the completed application by email to grants@crestonvalleycf.ca.
    • Or mail it to Creston Valley Community Foundation, PO Box 701, Creston, BC V0B 1G0.
    • Make sure the application is received by February 28, 2026.
  • Step 3: Complete post-project reports
    • Submit the Grant Final Report when the project is complete.
    • Submit the Grant Financial Report after project completion.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are submitted by email or mail.
  • The granting committee reviews eligible applications based on donor-set fund parameters.
  • Award decisions are made in early April 2026.
  • After project completion, a final report and financial report must be completed for the Foundation’s records.
