This funding supports major renovations or repairs to existing housing and/or shelter supply to help keep people housed in the community. In 2025, $160,000 will be awarded across supported renovation and repair projects.

- The applicant must be located within the regional boundary of CREB®’s membership.
- The proposed initiative must focus on major renovations or repairs to existing housing and/or shelter supply to help keep people housed in the community.
- The applicant must first complete an eligibility quiz to be invited to submit the full application.
