  • Mid-career filmmakers must have at least 4 years' experience and 4 professional credits.
  • Professional credits must not be related to academic projects.
  • Applicants must not be currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program.
  • Applicants must be Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents who have resided in British Columbia for the past year.
  • Applicants must be in good standing with Creative BC, with no outstanding final reports or default status.
  • Applicants must submit a completed application with all required questions answered.
  • Creative BC may request proof of funding sources related to the application.
  • The project must be in the early development phase of a film project.
