CREATE ACTION provides up to $50,000 USD in cash plus $50,000 USD in Sony Electronics products. It supports nonprofit initiatives that create lasting community impact, including STEAM/academic enrichment, workforce development, and services for underserved and under-represented groups.

Documents Needed
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a nonprofit organization recognized as either a U.S. 501(c)(3) or a provincially/Federally incorporated Canadian nonprofit organization.
- The organization must be committed to serving local communities.
- The organization’s work must align with at least one focus area: STEAM/academic enrichment, workforce development, or non-profit services for underserved and under-represented groups.
- The organization must have received no more than $500,000 USD in annual donations per year for 2020 and 2021.
Who is eligible?
- U.S. nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) status.
- Canadian provincially incorporated nonprofit organizations (excluding Quebec), other than educational institutions.
- Canadian Federally incorporated nonprofit organizations (excluding Quebec), other than educational institutions.
Who is not eligible
- Canadian nonprofit organizations located in Quebec.
- Educational institutions in Canada.
Eligible expenses
- Eligible activities supported through direct cash funding (up to $50,000 USD).
- Sony Electronics products provided (valued up to $50,000 USD).

- Applications from Canadian nonprofit organizations based in Quebec.
- Applications from educational institutions in Canada.
