- Organizations already receiving certain OAC operating grants
- Applicants with an unfinished Chalmers Professional Development grant

- Applications are assessed through OAC’s peer assessment process.
- Grant decisions are communicated by email after results are posted in Nova, about four and a half months after the deadline.
