How to apply

  • Step 1: Create or access your SOD@ccès account
    • Log in to the secure SODEC portal.
    • Create a user profile if needed.
  • Step 2: Complete the application form
    • Select the correct program code.
    • Fill out the required form fields and tasks.
  • Step 3: Upload required documents
    • Attach all mandatory supporting documents in SOD@ccès.
    • Ensure the file set is complete before submission.
  • Step 4: Submit the application
    • Review the application in the portal.
    • Send the application before the deadline.

Processing and Agreement

  • For each project that received SODEC support in production as an investment, exploitation reports must be completed through SOD@ccès and accompanied by distribution reports.
  • From the start of commercial exploitation and during the seven years following the closure of the relevant funding file, the Enterprise must submit one exploitation report per year no later than 31 August, for the reference period from 1 July of the previous year to 30 June of the current year, even if the production generated no revenue.
  • After the seven-year period, an exploitation report and distribution reports must be submitted only if the production generated revenue during the reference period.
  • SODEC may carry out random or targeted checks on exploitation reports and may request all supporting documents related to production revenues and, where applicable, distribution and marketing expenses.
  • SODEC verifies and approves annual reports, sends an invoice when the amount due is at least $50, and payment is made through ACCEO Transphere.
