How to apply

    • Request design-fee funding if architectural plans are needed.
  • Step 2: Concept plans and estimates
    • Prepare concept design plans.
    • Obtain contractor estimates for the planned work.
    • Submit the concept/design plans with the application.
  • Step 3: Submit application
    • Submit the completed application for review by the Cornwall Planning Programs evaluation group.
  • Step 4: Funding approval
    • Wait for review, committee recommendation, and final City Council approval before starting work.
    • Use progress payment requests or final inspection to receive funding.
