- Government organizations, except where specifically allowed for a school community center.
Eligible expenses
- Artist and performer fees, including related travel and copyright costs.
- Administrative costs such as salaries, benefits, rent, room rental, utilities, telephone, internet, and office supplies.
- Equipment and capital expenses, including software and equipment rental or purchase.
- Travel, meals, accommodation, venue rental, insurance, permits, consulting, training, and promotion costs.
- In-kind contributions for capital projects for community radio stations.
