How to apply
- Present a proposal to the ministry.
Processing and Agreement
- The ministry reviews and approves proposals, including eligibility and risk assessments under the applicable program directives and procedures.
- Performance reporting requirements are set out in the project statement of work or related amendments.
- Project completion reports may describe the rationale, successes, cost-effectiveness, design, execution, results, impacts and effects of the project.
- At minimum, beneficiaries must provide annual financial reports or financial audits describing the use of the funding under the agreement.
