How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare your application
- Review the program requirements and confirm the property is eligible.
- Obtain at least two quotes for the proposed eligible work.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Submit the application during the annual intake period, from January 1 to April 1.
- Step 3: Staff review and scoring
- Development Services reviews the application for eligibility.
- The application is scored using the Heritage CIP Scorecard.
- Step 4: Committee consideration
- Applications are brought to the Grants Review Committee for decision.
- Step 5: Completion and payment
- Complete the approved work and provide evidence satisfactory to the City.
- Receive payment after the work is completed and approved.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Development Services for eligibility.
- Eligible applications are scored using the Heritage CIP Scorecard.
- Applications are then considered by the Grants Review Committee.
- Approved grants are paid after the work is completed and verified by the City.
