Last Update: July 9, 2026
Latest change: Support pages for the Connection Grants competition were revised, with co-applicant instructions shortened and the joint initiatives listing updated.
Connection Grants guidance updated
The Co-applicant with a SSHRC CV instructions page now shows a shorter on-page outline: the introductory steps about accepting the invitation, refreshing/verifying the SSHRC CV, and the co-applicant participation/removal workflow are no longer visible. The same source still shows the attachment and CV-related sections, but the application guidance presented to applicants has been reduced. The Joint Initiatives page was also updated: the visible 2025 competition listings were removed, and new award-recipient links now appear for 2025 Research on Research and 2023 Reconciliation Network entries. This changes the way applicants and visitors navigate the competition and related initiative listings, but no funding amounts or deadline values were changed in the visible content.
