This community wellness support program provides funding opportunities for not-for-profit and local government organizations, as well as Indigenous groups, to develop innovative health initiatives. The program offers up to $800,000 in total funding, with individual grants capped at $12,000 and partnership grants up to $50,000, aimed at upstream wellness activities that improve community health and reduce barriers.
