Who is eligible?
- Not-for-profit organizations.

Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Direct provision of health care.
- Primary or acute patient care.
- Chronic disease management, access to care, or coordination of services for people requiring care.
- Administrative overhead above 10% of the total grant requested.
- Equipment or infrastructure purchases above 20% of the total grant requested.

- The islands in the Salish Sea and the Johnstone Strait.
- Mainland communities north of Powell River.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and results are communicated to all applicants by early May.
- The program is highly competitive, and not all eligible applications will be funded.
- If approved, funds are distributed by early June.
- A short end-of-project report must be submitted at the end of the project.
