- Municipal police service boards.
- Municipalities policed by the Ontario Provincial Police (previous OPP contract locations) that were eligible to receive funding under the CSP Grant in 2019–2020.
- First Nations Police Services in Ontario for the Provincial Priorities Funding Stream.

- Specialized equipment and technology, including drones, marine vessels, surveillance technologies and other operational tools.
